Ingredients

  • 1 pc Banana
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • Milk
  • 50 % Green Ice Lettuce
  • 1 scoop Chocolate powder (e.g. Milo) Optional
  • 33 g Instant oats Optional
  • 1 scoop Chocolate whey Optional
  • 1 cup Chocolate drink (milk alternative) Optional
  • 1 cup Coffee (milk alternative) Optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender.

  2. Add water or milk, and ice to fill up to ¾ of your container

  3. Blend everything for around 1 minute or until you reach your ideal consistency.
